释义	法律分析：考生被录取后，高校和考生都不得以任何理由退档。考生今年也不得再填报任何志愿、不得再被其他学校录取。法律依据：《普通高等学校招生暂行条例》第三十五条有下列情形之一的应届毕业考生由省、自治区、直辖市招生委员会决定可以适当降低分数，由学校审查录取或在同等条件下优先录取：（一）高中阶段受地区级以上表彰的三好学生、优秀学生干部；（二）政治思想品德方面有突出事迹；（三）相关科目或平时成绩特别优秀；（四）省、自治区、直辖市级以上科技发明创造奖获得者或单科竞赛优胜者。
