学生从教学楼跳下学校负责吗

法律主观：
学生在学校自杀是学校所无法控制的事情，一般来说，学校并不需要对此承担责任。但是，如果该生之前已有一些反常行为，学校已经发现或本应发现，或者已有同学反映该生有自杀倾向，但学校并没有采取任何措施，如与该生进行沟通，与其家长联系，叮嘱同学多注意该生的行为等等，则学校需要承担责任。
法律客观：
《 民法典 》第一千二百条，限制民事行为能力人在学校或者其他教育机构学习、生活期间受到 人身损害 ，学校或者其他教育机构未尽到教育、管理职责的，应当承担 侵权责任 。
