释义	法律分析：私拉电线是指不按照安全用电的有关规定，随便拖拉电线。除了装修过程中设定的线路以外，私自嫁接电线到其他区域，任意增加用电设备。法律依据：《中华人民共和国电力法》第五十二条任何单位和个人不得危害发电设施、变电设施和电力线路设施及其有关辅助设施。在电力设施周围进行爆破及其他可能危及电力设施安全的作业的，应当按照国务院有关电力设施保护的规定，经批准并采取确保电力设施安全的措施后，方可进行作业。
