工资与劳动报酬有什么区别
释义
工资、薪金所得与劳动报酬所得作为《个人所得税法》规定的两个不同的计税项目,适用税率不同,工资、薪金所得,适用超额累进税率,税率为3%~45%;劳动报酬所得,适用比例税率,税率为20%。对劳动报酬所得一次收入畸高的,可以实行加成征收,具体办法由国务院规定。实践中很多纳税人混淆了的工资、薪金所得与劳务报酬所得概念,适用税率错误,造成了税收隐患。
