释义	法律分析：危房要拆迁，必须要经鉴定是属于危房后，才可以进行拆迁。法律依据：《城市危险房屋管理规定》第二条危险房屋(以下简称危房)指部分承重构件被鉴定为危险构件，或结构已严重损坏、处于危险状态，局部或整体不能满足安全使用要求的房屋房以幢为鉴定单位，通常为主要居住房屋。危房拆迁的赔偿方式有两种，第一种是货币补偿。第二种就是产业置换，货币补偿的话，就是说按照房屋的区位，面积，人口，等等来决定赔偿一定数量的金额。产业之环就是赔偿另外的房屋赔偿相同价值或者相应的价值的房屋。
