考试考生违纪，宣布存在违纪行为的科目成绩无效。对需给予停考处罚的违纪考生，自学考试考试院将实行听证程序，以保证处罚的公正性。自考作弊根据程度不同，处罚方法也不一样。
法律依据：
《国家教育考试违规处理办法》 第三十条 教育考试机构应当建立国家教育考试考生诚信档案，记录、保留在国家教育考试中作弊人员的相关信息。国家教育考试考生诚信档案中记录的信息未经法定程序，任何组织、个人不得删除、变更。
