释义	法律分析：糖尿病患者犯罪了要坐牢。我国法律规定，除精神病人之外其余社会全体成员是都需承担法律责任的。监狱在收押时要对糖尿病患者体检，如病情严重需要保外就医的，由交付执行的人民法院决定暂予监外执行。法律依据：《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于修改《中华人民共和国监狱法》的决定》二、将第十七条修改为：“罪犯被交付执行刑罚，符合本法第十六条规定的，应当予以收监。罪犯收监后，监狱应当对其进行身体检查。经检查，对于具有暂予监外执行情形的，监狱可以提出书面意见，报省级以上监狱管理机关批准。”
