释义	法律分析：卡冻结以后还可以往卡里面存钱，但是已经转入卡里的钱不可以再次转出，只有解冻以后才可以转出。法律依据：《银行卡业务管理方法》第二十八条银行卡及其账户只限经发卡银行批准的持卡人本人使用，不得出租和转借。第五十九条持卡人出租或转借其信用卡及其账户的，发卡银行应当责令其改正，并对其处以1000元人民币以内的罚款。
