释义	当事人复婚，男女双方应持以下证件和证明：(1)户口证明(2)居民身份证或者军人(含武装警察)身份证件(3)所在单位、居(村)委员会或者部队团以上政治机关出具的婚姻状况证明离过婚的，还应持离婚证件申请复婚登记的当事人，不再进行医学检查。婚姻登记管理机关对当事人的复婚申请，应按照结婚登记程序办理，并在《结婚登记申请书》和结婚证上注明恢复结婚字样，同时收回离婚证。申请复婚登记的当事人从取得结婚证起恢复夫妻关系。
