释义	下一个清分日期是指，驾照累积记分周期即记分周期为12个月，满分为12分，从机动车驾驶证初次领取之日起计算。如果在一个记分周期内记分未达12分，所处罚款已经缴纳，记分予以清除，清零就从初次领证那天起算，一年一清。但扣分达12分或以上，必须要学习才能清除。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第六十九条机动车驾驶人在一个记分周期内记分未达到12分，所处罚款已经缴纳的，记分予以清除，记分虽未达到12分，但尚有罚款未缴纳的，记分转入下一记分周期。
