释义	法律分析: 产品没有条形码不一定违法的，我国法律并没有对商品上使用条码作强制性的规定。因此，产品上没有条形码也是正常的，不算违法。另外，个别省份出台了地方性法规，要求特定的商品类别必须使用条码。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国商品条码管理办法》第二十一条任何单位和个人未经核准注册不得使用厂商识别代码和相应的条码。任何单位和个人不得在商品包装上使用其他条码冒充商品条码；不得伪造商品条码。
