释义	可以申请信用卡，有逾期记录银行信用卡中心允许申请人通过审批的可能性就越低。如果还款严重逾期且产生不良信用记录，则不良信用记录不能在五年内处理信用卡和贷款。如果之前的逾期信用卡还在的话，只要能还清欠款，然后继续使用两年，中间不再逾期，就可以用良好记录覆盖不良记录，这时候贷款和信用卡才可以申请。不过要等到五年后，不良信用记录才可以完全删除。如果只是轻度逾期还款，自己仍然可以通过提供更好的收入证明和财产证明来申请信用卡。
