释义	法律分析：可以。一张通知单对应一张有效的红字发票，如果这张红字发票未抄税，则只需将此红字发票先进行作废，然后直接再重新开具一张红字发票即可，无需再重新开申请单和通知单。如果红字发票已经抄税，则只能咨询税务局从业务上进行处理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国税收征收管理法》第三十一条纳税人、扣缴义务人按照法律、行政法规规定或者税务机关依照法律、行政法规的规定确定的期限，缴纳或者解缴税款。
