释义	法律分析：已质押的股权转让协议有效。已质押的股权质押人不得随意转让，但不能以此认定已质押的股权转让协议无效，因为质押人与受让人签署转让合同后受让人将取代质押人拥有股东身份，其权利是受到法律保护的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百五十三条承租人未经出租人同意，将租赁物转让、抵押、质押、投资入股或者以其他方式处分的，出租人可以解除融资租赁合同。
