洗牙能用医保卡吗 |

法律分析：不能，洗牙属于医美，不在医保卡的报销范围之内。医保账户余额可以用于以下途径：

5. 打疫苗，疫苗种类包括流感疫苗、狂犬疫苗、肺炎球菌多糖疫苗、乙肝疫苗、脊髓灰质炎灭活疫苗和水痘疫苗。
6. 家人共用：部分地区可以结余资金可以支付配偶、子女、父母等直系亲属的门诊医疗费用。
医疗保险一般指基本医疗保险，是为了补偿劳动者因疾病风险造成的经济损失而建立的一项社会保险制度。通过用人单位与个人缴费，建立医疗保险基金，参保人员患病就诊发生医疗费用后，由医疗保险机构对其给予一定的经济补偿。基本医疗保险制度的建立和实施集聚了单位和社会成员的经济力量，再加上政府的资助，可以使患病的社会成员从社会获得必要的物资帮助，减轻医疗费用负担，防止患病的社会成员因病致贫。

第二十八条 符合基本医疗保险药品目录、诊疗项目、医疗服务设施标准以及急诊、抢救的医疗费用，按照国家规定从基本医疗保险基金中支付。
第二十九条 参保人员医疗费用中应当由基本医疗保险基金支付的部分，由社会保险经办机构与医疗机构、药品经营单位直接结算。社会保险行政部门和卫生行政部门应当建立异地就医医疗费用结算制度，方便参保人员享受基本医疗保险待遇。
