释义	一、印花税票有什么用印花税票是一种有价证券，指在凭证上直接印有固定金额，专门用于征收印花税税款，并必须粘贴在应纳税凭证上。印花税票不同于其他税收票证，它必须由纳税人向税务机关购买，纳税人购买印花税票的金额，并不一定就是其应纳印花税金额，只有纳税人将购买的印花税票按应纳税额一次足额粘贴在应纳税凭证上，并由纳税人在每一枚税票的骑缝处盖戳注销或画销时，才表明纳税人已足额完税，这时，粘贴在应纳税凭证上的印花税票才起完税证明作用。
