释义	没有提前提出离职，办理离职手续后，不应该扣除工资，应该提出辞职后，单位同意当天离职的，工资发到离职当天。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第九条劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。前提是劳动合同未要求员工离职需提前30天通知用人单位。
