释义	法律分析: 地基下沉开发商一般需要负责。建设单位、勘察单位、设计单位、施工单位、工程监理单位依法对建设工程质量负责，开发商作为工程项目的建设施工单位，对地基下沉的工程质量问题需要承担一定的责任。《中华人民共和国建筑法》第五十四条建设单位不得以任何理由，要求建筑设计单位或者建筑施工企业在工程设计或者施工作业中，违反法律、行政法规和建筑工程质量、安全标准，降低工程质量。建筑设计单位和建筑施工企业对建设单位违反前款规定提出的降低工程质量的要求，应当予以拒绝。
