释义	驾驶证不可以套用，套用属于违法。套用驾驶证的两种情况：一是在外作假证的套用他人机动车驾驶证的按使用伪造证件处罚1000-2000元，可以并处行政拘留；并可以移交刑侦机关追究伪造国家机关。法律依据：《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第六十六条对机动车驾驶人的道路交通安全违法行为，处罚与记分同时执行。机动车驾驶人一次有两个以上违法行为记分的，应当分别计算，累加分值。
