个人卖盐犯法吗？

法律分析：
食盐属于特许经营，需要许可。个人未经批准，倒卖食盐的，属于违法行为，情节严重的构成犯罪。运输途中勾结他人倒卖食盐的，仍然是一种无证买卖食盐的行为，从性质上讲，更是一种违法行为。
法律依据：
《食盐专营办法》
第二条 国家对食盐实行专营管理。本办法所称食盐，是指直接食用和制作食品所用的盐。
第十条 国家对食盐批发实行批发许可证制度。经营食盐批发业务，必须依法申请领取食盐批发许可证。未取得食盐批发许可证的，不得经营食盐批发业务。
