释义	法律分析：职工医保买满25年，但还没到退休年龄，仍然需要继续缴纳直到退休年龄，之后终身享有；而在到退休年龄后仍然未能达25年的，在到退休年龄后一次性补足25年的差额，才能终身享有，若不补足，也不能再缴纳了。今后不再享有职工医保了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》的第二十七条参加职工基本医疗保险的个人，达到法定退休年龄时累计缴费达到国家规定年限的，退休后不再缴纳基本医疗保险费，按照国家规定享受基本医疗保险待遇。
