释义	法律分析：增资需要交纳印花税。法律依据：《中华人民共和国印花税暂行条例施行细则》第八条记载资金的账簿贴花后，以后年度资金总额比已贴花资金总额增加的，增加部分应按规定贴花。以后年度启用新账时，实收资本与资本公积两项的合计未增加的，不需要贴花，增加的应按增加额的万分之五贴花，如未按规定缴纳印花税，应从纳税期限届满的次日起加收滞纳金。
