签订劳务合同的条件
释义
在双方平等自愿、协调一致、不违反法律的条件下,公司能与个人签订劳务合同，用人单位与劳动者可以约定试用期、培训、保守秘密、补充保险和福利待遇等其他事项，签劳务合同,意味着两个或两个以上的平等主体,通过劳务合同建立了一种民事权利义务关系，劳务合同是作为独立经济实体的单位之间、公民之间以及它们相互之间就有关提供和使用劳动力问题而订立的协议。
