释义	法律分析：在网购买到到保质期的变质食品可以要求赔偿，但是十倍赔偿不适应。法律依据：《中华人民共和国食品安全法》第九十六条违反本法规定，造成人身、财产或者其他损害的，依法承担赔偿责任。生产不符合食品安全标准的食品或者销售明知是不符合食品安全标准的食品，消费者除要求赔偿损失外，还可以向生产者或者销售者要求支付价款十倍的赔偿金。也就是说，“十倍赔偿”是以消费者提供证据证明造成人身、财产或者其他损害的已发生为前提的，因此在没有受到损害之前，可以协商更换商品和其他损失。
