释义	法律分析：公司主体变更,如果是名称变更、法定代表人变更或者分立、合并等情况,原劳动合同均继续有效,不用重新签订劳动合同。如果经双方协商同意,也可以重新签订劳动合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十三条用人单位变更名称、法定代表人、主要负责人或者投资人等事项，不影响劳动合同的履行。第三十四条用人单位发生合并或者分立等情况，原劳动合同继续有效，劳动合同由承继其权利和义务的用人单位继续履行。
