释义	法律分析：急辞工是违法的，但是如果没有给单位造成损失，单位扣发你的工资是违法，不合法，可收集能证明你在这里上班的相关证据到当地劳动监察大队投诉或申请劳动仲裁(免费)，维护自己的权利。所谓的急辞工，也就是通常所说的即时解除劳动合同，工资应该怎样发放、怎么扣，法律并无明确规定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
