释义	法律分析：需要证明口头遗嘱有效的，应当看其是否是立遗嘱人的真实意思表示，但是否是其真实意思表示，则应当根据见证人的表述来证明，至于见证人的表述是否真实，则应当由司法鉴定机构根据具体的情况进行鉴定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十八条遗嘱人在危急情况下，可以立口头遗嘱。口头遗嘱应当有两个以上见证人在场见证。危急情况消除后，遗嘱人能够以书面或者录音录像形式立遗嘱的，所立的口头遗嘱无效。
