释义	法律分析: 组织越狱罪是指依法被关押的犯罪分子，在为首分子的组织、策划、指挥下有组织、有计划地以非暴动方式越狱逃跑的行为。根据相关法律规定，组织越狱的首要分子和积极参加的，处五年以上有期徒刑；其他参加的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。《刑法》第三百一十七条组织越狱的首要分子和积极参加的，处五年以上有期徒刑；其他参加的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。暴动越狱或者聚众持械劫狱的首要分子和积极参加的，处十年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑；情节特别严重的，处死刑；其他参加的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。
