释义	劳动者离职分两种情况，分别是预告解除和即时解除。劳动合同法律赋予了劳动者单方辞职的权利，当劳动者符合即时解除的条件时，比如用人单位未及时足额支付劳动报酬的，劳动者此时可以随时走，不需要履行向用人单位通知的义务。当劳动者不满足即时解除的条件时，则需要提前30天通知用人单位，即预告解除。
