释义	法律分析：事业单位试用期是可以辞职的，但有些单位可能会有违约金。在签订合同时用人单位没有约定聘用期限，则可以在试用期内辞职。如果约定了聘用期限，则在约定期间员工是不能辞职的。如果因特殊情况想辞职的，职工应提前30日书面通知事业单位解除聘用合同。首次就业职工与事业单位签订的就业合同期限超过三年的，试用期为12个月。法律依据：《事业单位人事管理条例》第十七条事业单位工作人员提前30日书面通知事业单位，可以解除聘用合同。但是，双方对解除聘用合同另有约定的除外。
