公司用盗版软件会追责员工么 -法律知识

法律分析：
需要看公司规章制度。如果公司规章制度无禁止性规定，且明知员工安装盗版软件而默许使用，则我以为员工不应向公司承担责任。但是，如果公司明确规定不得安装盗版软件，因员工违反规章制度而造成公司损失的，员工应负责任。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千一百六十五条 行为人因过错侵害他人民事权益造成损害的，应当承担侵权责任。依照法律规定推定行为人有过错，其不能证明自己没有过错的，应当承担侵权责任。
