网络购物合同怎样交付
释义
1、卖方通过物流公司将货物交付至买方手中应视为合同义务的代为履行，物流公司将货物安全运送至买方手中，从而完成标的物的交付。2、货物所有权在买方签收时即发生转移，所有权转移标的物的风险随之转移，在交付之前非因买卖双方的原因导致货物毁损灭失的风险由卖方承担，交付之后其风险应由买方负担。 法律法规：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百零一条 出卖人应当按照约定的时间交付标的物。约定交付期限的，出卖人可以在该交付期限内的任何时间交付。
