释义	法律分析：当月作废的发票不需要计入当月开票总额。但是不管是作废的还是正常使用的存根联，都要妥善保管，下次买发票时税务会查看的，而且以后也要存档保留10年以上。因此要在原发票上注明“作废”字样。法律依据：《中华人民共和国发票管理办法》第二十二条开具发票应当按照规定的时限、顺序、栏目，全部联次一次性如实开具，并加盖发票专用章。第二十七条开具发票的单位和个人应当建立发票使用登记制度，设置发票登记簿，并定期向主管税务机关报告发票使用情况。
