旅游者因故不能亲自参加旅游的，可以把自己的票转让给朋友。
【法律依据】:
《中华人民共和国旅游法》 第六十四条 旅游行程开始前，旅游者可以将包价旅游合同中自身的权利义务转让给第三人，旅行社没有正当理由的不得拒绝，因此增加的费用由旅游者和第三人承担。因此，旅游者由于情势变化无法参与旅游活动，但旅游价款已经支付的，旅游者可以让第三人代替自己参加旅游。但需注意的是，因转让行为造成的费用提高，旅行社可以要求旅游者和代替参加的旅游人员承担增加费用的责任。
