第一年休学了 重新读要交学费吗 -法律知识

法律分析:
不用交学费的。学校保留学籍，等重新上学时再交学费。休学是指因病或事或其它原因暂时停止上学，学籍还保存在该学校。
法律依据:
《中国人民大学本科生学籍管理规定》 第十条 学生休学一般以一年为期，累计不得超过两年。休学期间保留学籍，但不计入在校学习时间。
