法律分析：1、申请延期或者续期。如果小额贷款即将到期，用户又没有足够的偿还能力，那么就可以及时与网贷机构进行协商续期或延期，目前，很多贷款平台都提供这两项功能，不过，续期时长最多为1个月。而且，在此期间会收取一定的费用，但相比违约金会低很多。2、申请分期还款。网贷平台最终的目的是让大家还款，坏账才是他们最不愿出现的结果。所以，如果用户确实无力偿还欠款的话，是可以向贷款平台申请分期还款的，动之以情，晓之以理，表明你存在的实际困难，网贷平台还是有可能同意的。3、遭遇暴力催收时，联系网贷客服投诉。事实上，很多暴力催收并不是网贷平台所谓，而是外包催收公司。此时，若是联系网贷客服，明确表达还款意愿，要求对方不再使用暴力催收方式，也是可能被同意的。当然，如果网贷平台不同意，那大家可以保留暴力催收的证据，然后投诉到相关部门。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第六百七十五条 借款人应当按照约定的期限返还借款。对借款期限没有约定或者约定不明确，依据本法第五百一十条的规定仍不能确定的，借款人可以随时返还;贷款人可以催告借款人在合理期限内返还。《中华人民共和国刑法》 第三百一十三条 对人民法院的判决、裁定有能力执行而拒不执行，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者罚金。
