释义	法律分析：一般情况下缓刑执行完毕就不用坐牢录了。判缓刑，可以不在监狱服刑，但如缓刑期间违反法律规定，可收监执行。缓刑有考验期，如期间遵守规定，无犯罪则期满视为刑罚执行完毕。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第七十六条：对宣告缓刑的犯罪分子，在缓刑考验期限内，依法实行社区矫正，如果没有本法第七十七条规定的情形，缓刑考验期满，原判的刑罚就不再执行，并公开予以宣告。
