释义	法律分析：逆向派遣是违法的。逆向劳务派遣合同无效。用人单位不得设立劳务派遣单位向本单位或者所属单位派遣劳动者。即与本单位部分或者大部分职工解除劳动合同后，让这些解除劳动合同的职工再与本单位指定的某一劳务派遣机构重新订立劳动合同，然后由该派遣机构将这些职工再派回本单位继续工作。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第六十七条用人单位不得设立劳务派遣单位向本单位或者所属单位派遣劳动者。
