释义	当兵体检合格后，并且通过政治审核、确定为“应征公民”的，自己不去服兵役的将依据法规予以处罚。当然已经通过征兵体检，而在应征对象政审或者其它原因、不为征兵办公室确定为“应征公民”的，那就没有关系的。法律依据：《征兵政治审查工作规定》第五条征兵政治审查的内容包括：应征公民的年龄、户籍、职业、政治面貌、宗教信仰、文化程度、现实表现以及家庭主要成员和主要社会关系成员的政治情况等。征兵政治审查应当以应征公民本人现实表现为主要内容。
