释义	法律分析: 入职备案简单的说备案就是将劳动合同进行登记、存档。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第十六条劳动合同由用人单位与劳动者协商一致，并经用人单位与劳动者在劳动合同文本上签字或者盖章生效。由此可知，劳动合同无须劳动局备案盖章。不过有的地方劳动管理部门要求要进行备案，但是这不影响签订劳动合同就生效的后果。
