释义	谈好了入职公司却拒绝了怎么办员工与新公司谈好入职后，辞去原公司工作。谁知新公司却将其拒之门外。这种情况下，员工是否可以要求新公司赔偿，根据《民法典》第五百条：当事人在订立合同过程中有下列情形之一，给对方造成损失的，应当承担损害赔偿责任：(一)假借订立合同，恶意进行磋商；(二)故意隐瞒与订立合同有关的重要事实或者提供虚假情况；(三)有其他违背诚实信用原则的行为。因此，只要员工能证明新公司有明确要求其入职的意思表示，并且拒绝的理由并不合理，那么员工有权利要求新公司赔偿其损失。
