不支持七天无理由的可以拒签。
买家拒收后，客服小二会介入此次商品拒收事件为商家与买家双方进行合理的评判，如若该商品属于包邮，那么拒收后退回的邮费需要由买家来承担，商家收到货后需检查商品是否影响二次售卖，如若影响，则另作处理。
7天无理由退货标准如下：
1、买到商品后对商品不满意的；
2、产品质量问题导致的退货费用一并归卖方支付运费；
3、退货时外包装必须完好无损，包括衣服吊牌等；
4、非质量问题导致的退货，退货运费由买家支付。
综上所述，从快件被签收的那个时间算起，收货人只要不满意就可以选择退货，但前提条件是，如果不是商品质量原因，要在不影响商品二次销售的情况下才可以退货。七天无理由退货指商品到货日起7日内无理由退货，新消费者权益保护法规定，除特殊商品外，网购商品在到货之日起7日内无理由退货。

《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》第二十五条
经营者采用网络、电视、电话、邮购等方式销售商品，消费者有权自收到商品之日起七日内退货，且无需说明理由，但下列商品除外：
（一）消费者定作的；
（二）鲜活易腐的；
（三）在线下载或者消费者拆封的音像制品、计算机软件等数字化商品；
（四）交付的报纸、期刊。
除前款所列商品外，其他根据商品性质并经消费者在购买时确认不宜退货的商品，不适用无理由退货。
消费者退货的商品应当完好。经营者应当自收到退回商品之日起七日内返还消费者支付的商品价款。退回商品的运费由消费者承担；经营者和消费者另有约定的，按照约定。
