释义	法律分析: 不能，除了司法机关授权，任何机构或个人都没有权利查您的银行流水的，银行给客户保密的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国宪法》第九条国家保护公民的合法收入、储蓄、房屋和其他生活资料的所有权。个人将合法收入存入银行的存款，归个人所有，不得侵犯；银行实行存款自愿，取款自由，为储户保密的原则。银行工作人员对储户的存款情况，应严守秘密，不得泄露，违反者视其情节轻重追究责任。
