释义	国外的婚姻关系国内有效。在外国领取的结婚证只要不违反我国《婚姻法》基本原则和中华人民共和国社会公共利益的，一般在国内是有效的，而且不需要在中国境内再重新办理结婚登记或者认证手续。但是如果要在中国境内使用在国外领取的结婚证，如需要在国内办理离婚，则应在婚姻缔结地办理公证和该国外交部或外交部授权的机关认证，并经中国驻该国使、领馆认证。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法通则》第一百四十七条该内容由陈雷律师和律说律答共创回答
