婚姻中，丈夫不养孩子犯法，但不养老婆不犯法，但是妻子在家全职或者较多时间带娃、照顾老人等导致收入过少的，完全是可以让丈夫养自己的。否则，妻子是可以起诉到人民法院要求丈夫养自己的。

《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千零五十九条 夫妻有相互扶养的义务。需要扶养的一方，在另一方不履行扶养义务时，有要求其给付扶养费的权利。
