释义	危房要拆迁，必须要经鉴定是属于危房后，才可以进行拆迁。法律依据：《城市危险房氏握辩屋管理规定》第二条危险房屋(以下简称危房)指部分承重构件被鉴定为危险构件，或结构已严重损坏、处于危险状态，局部或整体不能满足安全使用要求的房屋房以幢为鉴定单位，通常为主要居住房屋。危房拆迁的赔偿方式有两种，第一种是货币补偿。第二种就是产业置换，货币补偿的话，就是说按照房屋的区位，面积，人口，等等来决定赔偿一定数量的金额。产歼缺业之环就是赔偿另外的房屋赔偿相同价值皮洞或者相应的价值的房屋。
