释义	法律分析：无效，但不是绝对无效。受胁迫人可以向法院或者仲裁机构出示自己受胁迫签订借条的证据，请求法院或者仲裁机构撤销该借条。但必须在被胁迫签订该借条后的一年内向法院或仲裁机构行使撤销权，否则就默认为该借条是有效的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十条一方或者第三人以胁迫手段，使双方在违背真实意思的情况下实施的民事法律行为，受胁迫方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
