酒后说的话法律会认可吗?
释义
一、法律规定，口头承诺是有效的。
二、如果明确是在醉酒的状态下，则承诺的效力待定。或追认有效，或否认无效。
醉酒之人，意志模糊或丧失或失控，在此状态下所做的承诺，是否是其真实的意思表示，是存在很大疑问的，其效力如何有待进一步明确：如果清醒后，承诺人追认的，有效且自始有效；如果否认的，无效且自始无效。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》 第七十条 有其他证据佐证并以合法手段取得的、无疑点的视听资料或者与视听资料核对无误的复制件，人民法院应当确认其证明力。
