释义	法律分析：是一样的。借条又称为借据，借据是比较正式的叫法。“借条”使用最多的是在借贷现金时，出借人在交付借款时往往会要求借款人开具“借条”，交由出借人收执，以证实借款的事实;在借用物品时，有时出借人也会要求对方打张“借条”。借条是证明借贷合同关系之债的必然凭据，是出借人向借款人交付借款时，借款人向出借人出具的一种借贷事实的依据。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百六十七条借款合同是借款人向贷款人借款，到期返还借款并支付利息的合同。
