举报卖假烟的有奖励，对查实的非法流通案件，最高予以实物案值30%的奖励，奖金上不封顶;对查实的假冒伪劣卷烟、雪茄烟案件，根据查获环节、卷烟规格不同,最高给予15%的奖励。
《中华人民共和国烟草专卖法》第三十六条：生产和销售没有注册商标的香烟的，由工商行政管理部门责令停止生产、销售，并处以罚款;生产和销售假他人注册商标的烟草制品的，由工商行政管理部门责令停止侵权行为，并且赔偿被侵权人的损失，并处以罚款，对构成犯罪的要依法追究其刑事责任。
